The OutdoorCooling system produces a 'high pressure fog' (70 BAR, 1000 PSI) through the simple process of pressurising normal tap water through precision nozzles into fine droplets less than 5 micron in diameter therefore resulting in a fine fog. The system is efficient in the usage of energy and water usage.

The concept is simple however the application is more complex. The OutdoorCooling system consists of industrial quality high pressure pumps rated to 100 BAR/1450 PSI, water filtration systems to 5 micron, stainless steel atomisation lines and high pressure fog nozzles ranging from 0.15 mm/0.005” to 0.5 mm/0.020” orifice diameter.

All designs and installations are customised to conform to the specific applications requirements

Uses and Applications of the OutdoorCooling system

  • Controlling humidity and temperature, which are essential elements in horticulture, agriculture and viniculture industries.
  • Efficiency in containing and suppressing dust particles in the air.
  • The OutdoorCooling system neutralises odours by injecting environmentally friendly chemicals into the fog.
  • Enhancing the working environment through the effective cooling of factories and warehouse.
  • Outdoor cooling by evaporation of the high- pressure fog.
  • Special effects are achieved by utilising strategically placed nozzles in landscapes and pool area's.
  • Applications include: Greenhouses, Wine Barrel Storage, Poultry Houses, Mining, Feed Handling, Recycling Plants, Sewerage Farms, Factories, Warehouses, Restaurants, Pubs, Theme Parks, Water Features And Many More...
